        Phoned twice for a quote, Glen presumably the owner, said he would get his surveyor to phone, and apologised for not turning up initially. Not heard anything for two months. Very poor customer focus and very unreliable. My advice is to avoid.

        Called on three occasions to book a quote but nobody calls back to book it in or nobody turns up on the day. Explained to a lady on the phone five weeks had already passed since my last failed quotation but she was very condescending and still didn't book a quote in for me
