        I have used this company over 35 years and even though they have got the 2nd generation now working there the helpfulness and the knowledge of the staff is amazing. This is somewhere that you definitely get personal service and reasonable prices.

        Have used this Store for 40 years even though it is not local to me. Anything obscure in the Ironmongery or Door Furniture department they are almost certain to have it. This includes Hand Tools and Electrical tools. I wanted some simple D/G 100 x 5m door bolts not available in my locale. Rang them up - "Yes we have them in stock" Duly collected and Door Fixed. Problem solved cash saved. Still impressed with their politeness and most of all helpfulness. Thanks for all your years of trading.
