I bought a pair of shoes from this branch on Monday. It was one of the nicest experiences Ive had whilst buying shoes. From the start I was greeted with a bright and happy welcome. Being quite particular when it comes to shoes especially when they are quite expensive I asked many questions and tried on many shoes. My needs were met and the staff were very knowledgeable about their products. The entire time I was treated as though I was the most important person, they listened to me and held a conversation which you dont really experience in this day and age, with all that technology. I left being a satisfied customer. What a great team, and amazing customer service. Lovely girls, very pretty. Thank you for making my day.

We bought 3 pairs of boots, 2 of those pairs only lasted 2 months. I will see what their customer service is like when I take them back.
