Absolutely shocking service from this seller. I brought a security camera from Amazon, it didnt work so I sent it back. Only received a partial refund as the seller has alleged Ive returned it with parts missing and the cables being unsellable. I returned the cables in the same condition I received, in the original box, packaging etc. to top it off he claims the resolution was too high for the monitor I used, baring in mind he didnt even ask or check with me what monitor I was using, he doesnt even know the make or model of the monitor I used. When I questioned him his reply was well you didnt give me a chance to as you opened a return on Amazon (Amazon explained this is the process and were the one who did this). So its clear he has made a pack of lies to avoid giving me a refund. Avoid this company completely people otherwise you will be out of pocket for no fault of your own. Im not normally one to leave bad reviews but when someone has made a pack of lies to profit from your return, I find it absolutely shocking. Looks like this is common from Google reviews

Absolutely amazing customer service! Helpful advice and straightforward. Help me save hundreds of pounds. Managed to solve the problem and very happy with the outcome.
