        Went in today to open bank accounts for my grand daughters, no one available, no Saturday appointments, no appointments for 2 weeks, have had to book a day off work to open accounts, not very helpful at all. I have had this account for over 40 years and I must say they have never been so unhelpful. I also have an account with Santander and am going to try them to see if they want my business because Lloyds obviously don't
