I was initially promised kindness, trust and understanding yet somehow got the exact opposite. The receptionists are no better. Insulting and rude. The best way to deal with these NHS services is to report them to the CQC, the NHS trust and Healthwatch directly. The more complaints they get, the more likely it is that they will act on them.

Rude reception staff , no interest or care whatsoever So much miscommunication and little bother about it These appointments are most peoples life line when they are suffering, not to mention the length of time waiting for your first appointment, yet staff just seem to have no regard and will happily send you away saying your clinician isnt even working when they are, because they dont check diaries/communication. Absolute disgrace
