Not really sure why all the negative reviews. Order 2 doors and a pair maker, they were due in stock and to be delivered about 4-5weeks after order date. 24hrs after the order I received an email saying that the doors are not refundable as they are custom made, and if I still wish to proceed then the order will process as normal. Personally I thought this was good and clears up some of the bad reviews they seem to be getting. Also the website says they dont accept refunds as the items may be custom made, so you know any risks your taking by ordering. As for the product, yeah exactly as I wanted, no issues looks great.

By far the worst customer service i have ever received. Emails are ignored they are refusing to refund us on door unless we pay a 40% restocking fee. The staff do not Asher technical questions and ask you to call the door manufacturer yourself to find out is the door a smooth or grained finish the staff also speak terrible English making having a human conversation impossible. 4 of 5 doors have arrived but we still have been charged. If your thinking of purchasing goods room this company i strongly advise you do not even if another company has longer lead times.

Don't use this bunch of cowboys, absolutely useless. Received the wrong doors then they want to charge us delivery & restocking fees to return or exchange them.

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order for fire door and fire door liner. Recieved email 3 days after ordering to say refunding you as 12 week delay then day before delivery of door got another email to say out of stock even though rang week before to check delivery day!will never use again amd wouldnt recommend
