Utterly hopeless. Found them via Google maps, checked the website to see they have canvas in stock. Decided to drive over and pick some up as fairly local. Lady inside didn't even know what canvas was. Are you kidding me?

I have ordered from this site several times. They have some interesting fabrics, though no new stock has been added for some time now. I have only bought online and have been disappointed with the quality of customer service. Several times the fabric I received was badly cut, which meant I actually got less fabric than ordered. Once would have been bad enough, but having to measure the length of fabric every time your order arrives is annoying to say the least. I cant say staff reaction was very apologetic. The website is not very well organised. They say postage over 75 is free, but when you actually place the order, you are still charged for postage and have to remind staff to take it off. I was sent a voucher offering me 20% off my next purchase (there were no disclaimers or conditions attached to the offer), but when I tried to use it during the recent Black Friday event, I could not, even though nowhere did it say that the voucher could not be used in conjunction with the event. When I contacted a member of staff, I was told they would not make any money if they allowed this to go ahead. This, surely, is a managerial oversight, which should not be passed onto a customer. Most retailers would have honoured the offer in the interest of customer relations. This is a really disappointing way of treating a regular customer.

The staff were really informative and friendly I came in not knowing the exact fabric I I wanted but they sat and showed me all they had to offer and gave me samples to take away and decide. Would highly recommend

Amazing service, I found the warehouse on google and called up for directions. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even has a student discount that I got to use and they also had other deals and gave me a leaflet for 15% my first online order. Will definitely be going back there!
