Good experience for me, received some pretty rubbish items from Amazon sellers which I had to return, one of them being a backdrop stand. So I ordered one from Viewfinder and it was basically ten times better, just far, far more substantial. Thumbs up from me thank you

I have to write about the awful experience. bought various products together but I had to pay for the delivery to Spain. Purchase N1 Bought a new 3 backdrop motorised system and arrived a old reburbished 4 backdrop motorised system with a few knocks on both ends, however it does work but looks shabby. Answer from seller it was damamged during transportation to Spain but very strange package was not damamged when it arrived ....ISending it back was really expensive - so I imaginged they had that in mind when they sent it. Later seller admited it was a refurbished when confronted but I was lucky to get one with 4 - what a bargain for me! Purchase N2 bought 2 vinyl backdrops 750gsm each back and white. Black came completely damaged within - meaning that it had been used a lot and probably in storage for a long time with something heaving pressing on it - when I complained and sent a video of the state they blamed it on us. The backdrop poles arrived damamged and they sent a replacement free of charge but .....I had to pay for the transport to Spain. I asked for a replacement back drop and I would pay the transport but they refused. I even complained to Pay Pal but they ruled in the favour of the shop leaning on the fact that we could have damaged the backdrop. Who on earth would want to damage a brand new backdrop that they need to start working. Never expected that the shop would repond so badly but it seems that they sold us all reburshised and old goods without advising us. So we have to buy another one.....from someone else of course.
