Would highly recommend Glenfield Bathroom have received great customer service from start to finish. Dan listened to my wish list and advised us. Des & Laura patiently helped us pick everything. Sam did a great job with the electrics. Couldnt have been happier with Andy & Matt who did an amazing job fitting our bathroom, they ensured every evening everywhere was tidy, checking every step that I was happy. They gave me my dream bathroom absolutely love it thank you so much.

Honestly... I LOVE MY BATHROOM! I went with Glenfield Bathrooms LTD, after noticing our neighbour had his bathroom done by them. Before I went ahead with getting a quote, I had asked my neighbour, "Do you recommend them?" He was kind enough to let me view his bathroom & he sang nothing but praises. His bathroom did look STUNNING! - When I went to the showroom, I was able to ask questions, & receive helpful responses, anything that they were unable to tell me right away was later on answered via email. I was told to help myself to the catalogs available. I spent time looking through everything, & picked what I liked, as I already knew how I wanted my bathrooms to look. I provided them to Gary when he arrived at my home for a quotation for the main bathroom and en-suite. Gary was able to give me further information, & insight into my choices. After receiving the main bathroom & en-suit quote, I did change my mind a few times, adding, removing, & upgrading a few items, which Gary did not mind at all. I'm thankful for his understanding, patience, and communication skills, throughout the job. At no point did he treat me rudely, unkindly, or made me feel like I was a bother. - The installers were Dan & Andrew. They arrived on time each day, & both started working straight away on the main bathroom & en-suite. Everything was explained extremely well as they kept me in the loop with all decisions that would affect the look or outcome of my bathroom. There were no complaints about the two flights of stairs which they had to run up and down during the heat wave which was happening in August 2022, about 8 months ago. It took them only a week to completely transform the main and en-suit into sensational, breathtaking, elegant... I just can't find the right word to describe it, but "Ooooo damnn! That's my bathroomsss" (please say you read that in a different voice in your head) but yes that is how I felt, & still feel every time I see or use them, I would be lying if I said I don't admire them when walking past the rooms. I loved the outcome of both bathrooms so much that I am planning my next bathroom transformation with Glenfield Bathrooms. It's a washroom currently (sink & toilet) but soon will be the third bathroom. I'm so excited about it I already have the little things like the shower hooks, squeegee, toothbrush holder, etc. - I wanted to leave some time before giving my review as I know most reviews are done straight away so you never get to know if later on it all fell apart, or if there were any issues. I can confirm. no issues, all in one piece, working better than perfect, & if there are any that occur in the future the guarantee Glenfield Bathrooms provides would cover it, so stress-free + piece of mind is safe = Happy me ^_^ . I have to also add I'm glad I went with them, as I did get quotes from others, which for a lack of better words were dodge as ****. I would have ended up with ripped-out bathrooms & my savings gone. I 1000% recommend Glenfield Bathrooms.
