Absolutely amazing service - friendly, professional and very good at their job. They worked with us to fit everything in the van even though we had more items than we'd originally suggested for the quote. No damage to our items or property, everything was handled with care. Highly recommend and so happy we chose this company for our move - would 100% use again. Thank you so much to Martin and Isaac! :)

They moved everything out of our flat with speed and precision, handling our furniture and fragile items with the utmost care. In just half a day, they had everything packed, loaded, transported, unloaded, and even helped us unpack. Appalling service. They damaged my fridge/freezer in transit and are not responding to my emails regarding this. I pointed out the damage immediately to the person in charge who pressured me repeatedly to pay them before they had unloaded at my new address. They are not accepting responsibility for the damage and avoiding my contact attempts to make a claim for this, all done within the contract agreement. In response to your reply below Martin. You did damage the fridge/freezer so do not deny this. The doors have finally been replaced today, yes, this is correct and your staff were as ever friendly and polite. It's you who seems to struggle with this Martin. You were contracted and paid to complete the move you mention and it was your choice to pack and complete all in one day. In fact you changed the original booking to pack the day before if you recall correctly. Do not make statements that you claim my family members made about me that are untrue Martin - you have made several of these in your reply to my original review. Also do not presume to know or tell me how you think I was feeling - I felt pressured to pay before completion of the job. Yes my daughter did request a quote from your company for her removals - she would not use your services Martin as she was present at the unloading at the new property so witnessed everything regarding the payment, and the discussion about the damage to the appliance mentioned above. It is therefore irrelevant whether your teams urged you not to move her. Your response here is inappropriate and arrogant in it's tone with several untruths. This alone demonstrates what kind of person you are to deal with. I sent an email earlier today thanking your office for replacing the doors that were damaged by your company - you don't mention this here. Anthea Wells
