Kirby House Residential Care Home

I honestly cant recommend this place more. I am so great full for Kirby house for looking after my grandad. Every time we visited it was clean, staff were lovely and full care was given to the residents. They are safe with covid and making sure that the residents are always given the care they need. This care home gets five stars because thats the maximum I could give and if I could give more I would. Me and my family are so appreciative of the staff there and are so thankful.

I have visited this residential home a few times now and I can honestly say I have always been so impressed with the whole atmosphere, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, the home is always clean, tidy and there is always something going on for the residents. The manager Collette is great, approachable, friendly and always has her residents welfare at heart. They are a great team here and nothing is too much trouble.

I have worked here for a few months now and can honestly say the management and staff are amazing, we have wonderful residents here and Im happy to say Im part of the team and get to work in such a happy and loving environment.

Kirby House has always been a lovely place to work and residents needs and safety are always put first and their independence is always encouraged. Kirby House have a friendly and welcoming environment and the staff are like a family, nothing is too much trouble and staff at Kirby House aim to ensure that both the resident and their families are supported in every way possible. The current manager has always been supportive and will always take the time to offer reassurance and support to everybody. The current manager has gone above and beyond to ensure that Kirby House as a whole offers quality care and promotes dignity to our residents. I have worked at Kirby House for almost 7 years. In that time Ive enjoyed working there although there have been bad days but thats expected anywhere that you work, the good days outweigh the bad. Speaking from experience I know that LCCL encourage employees to progress within the company and ensures that staff are trained correctly. Overall a lovely place to work.
