Nothing short of an exceptional experience. Rob was just brilliant from the moment I walked into the shop. I happened to come with my daughter as we came straight from the school run. My daughter set herself up on one side of the shop on the bench and started doing her homework whilst Rob worked with me and my Gait Analysis. Rob didn't mind this was just great with the both of us, I honestly felt like I'd know him for years. Tried on about 5 different pairs of trainers going on the treadmill with each of them. Rob then showed me the videos after each of the trainers and explained to me how my foot was landing, over pronating, under pronating etc and how my foot lands and if its normal etc. Really was an exceptional experience. He even let my daughter have a little go on the treadmill as long as I was the wicket keeper There was also no pressure at all to buy, unlike another running shop I visited. Thank you loads, and I hope to visit you again soon.

Jim is such an absolute gent and a fountain of knowledge on all things running. He carried out a gait analysis for the keen runner of the family and was very informative on the type of gait he has as well as what was needed for comfortable runs. There was no pressure in selling as what we did not need and he gave such a personalised service so much so I am hitting the trails as the outdoor passion has once more been invited. To top it all he gifted my son some running socks was was pleasantly unexpected and just was the icing on the cake. !!! So if you are in the market for no nonsense advice and no pressure sales where you are the focus head down for his custom as it is simply a cut above the rest. We tried several trainers and opted for what was best rather that what looked good. Thanks so much and we will see you real soon. Hope you enjoyed the story of getting knocked off the cycle

Visited the shop a few months ago to get some advice on shoes. Suffered with shin splints for 18 months and no other shop or shoes solved the problem. Had a fitting and bought a new pair, shin splints resolves within the month. Apologies I have forgotten the assistants name that helped me but thank you very much. Fantastic shop!
