Purchased a new Av receiver. Spoke to two gentleman Levi and Sebastian who helped me and advised me over the phone with my purchase. They had incredible customer service and are an absolute credit to the team. They had lots of slots available for delivery. But I wanted to pick the item up the next day and they accommodated that perfectly. After receiving all my paper work and some goodies a gentleman at the shop carried my purchase to the boot of the car. Incredible service all around. Will deffo come back for more equipment. 5 stars for richer sounds knocked it out of the park.
