Runners Need Leicester

I have been buying my running shoes from here since I started running 5 years ago and wanted a gait analysis before buying new running shoes. I was 8 minutes late for the appointment and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and surly when I apologized refusing to see me which was very disappointing especially considering I had come into town for this and the previous customer who was still trying on shoes from her analysis was still there!, not that she bought any shoes. The reason was that they had back to back appointments but I was the only person in the shop, after the other lady left. I stood there for another 40 minutes and nobody else came in. The young lad I spoke to said she was stressed because she had staff assessments to do, not really the customers problem and not a shop I will go to again.

Went for a Gait Analysis last week with the hope of buying a pair of running shoes. Not sure I booked at the wrong time (Easter Break) as they were short staffed and only one person in the shop. Gait Analysis seemed a bit rushed, plus they only had like 2 pairs of trainers in my size (8) Walked out a bit puzzled still as to what trainers would be a good option for me as they need to see me running in them to give me their opinion, but as mentioned only 2 shoes in Stock in size 8 so a little disappointed

Had the pleasure of meeting Toni the manager to have a gait analysis done. She was very knowledgeable in all things to do with running and her passion for the sport is such an inspiration to young athletes. We found her very professional and very customer focused. We will definitely be returning once more when a replacement is due. Thanks again.

The gentleman at the store was nice and helpful. I just wish there were more options available, especially vegan shoes.
