My husband wanted an electric bike. I've been looking on line. Then decided to pop into just e bikes.And I'm so pleased we did Martin and angie was so helpful. We felt like we had known them for years . We got the bike delivered within two hours after buying it.and the after care that comes with it is brilliant . So a massive thank you to Martin and angie you made my husband very happy. So if your looking to get a new bike this is the shop to go to nothing is to much trouble

I had called 2 weeks prior to my visit because they were very busy, which is understandable, but I was told over the phone that my bike with a slightly buckled wheel could be fixed by them. I bring the bike down on the scheduled date and I was told by the woman working there that they do not repair buckled wheels. Turned into a complete waste of time, especially that I had to walk the bike for 2 miles in total because I don't have a car. I can't speak on their actual service because I didn't get that far, but the woman seemed hostile when talking to her about the bike's problem. However, in the same visit, I did bring a second bike with different issues. The woman had diagnosed more serious problem with the bike which I wasn't aware of and advised that it wouldn't be worth fixing for the cost. This was a good positive point from my visit.

I bought an ebike from Martin in 2017, I have returned many time for advice and support, which has always been first class. I have now clocked up 35,000km on the bike and it's still going strong.

Im going back around five years now and my Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. We decided to buy him a new e-bike and visited Martins shop in Leicester. We spent a couple of hours there speaking with the assistant who never wavered and was honest and helpful. We purchased the bike and Martin delivered it the same afternoon and spent some time talking to my Dad. The bike gave my Dad two years of freedom, he went over the handlebars a few times gave us all a laugh. When he died my sister in law took over ownership and still has the bike today, she rode along side my brother on the towpath of the river soar and disappeared into the water, my brother did help her out after retrieving the bike first and taking a picture of her. Brilliant bike and the best service ever. Thank you Martin and staff.
