I would not recommend you buy from this shop. I went to this shop, I was served by Chetan, I chose an item I wanted to buy, did a bit of bargaining as you would at any jewelers shop on Belgrave Road. I was made to feel like he was doing me a massive favour by giving me a little bit of discount when the prices are already inflated, I would say he was slightly rude. When it came to making payment I took out my card but was told it was a cash only sale, if I wanted a discount. I was not told this prior to agreeing to buy the item, this then led me to the obvious conclusion of the fact that he did not intend to give me an invoice, so I asked if I would get one to which he replied no, as I am not charging you VAT(!) So in fact he did not offer me any discount whatsoever and was in fact going to be making more profit for himself. He had not at any point said what his intentions were, I in fact had to ask him directly about the invoice, which had took it upon himself to decide that I would not be getting for the gold item which I was intending to buy, just to clarify this was no a packet of crisps, but a gold item - I would like an invoice thank you very much. Needless to say, I did not purchase the item. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but just wanted to make other potential buyers aware, so they do not find themselves in an unwanted situation like myself or be scammed into thinking they are going to be receiving a discount from this seller.
