        We had to remove old carpets etc. Forgot to remove some as was busy with house move. Installers did not pull out all staples from upstairs as they said we had to do it. They should be more considerate when you can see we have small children. Informed the guy that did measurements there was a timber piece that needs carpet on there but once they finished forgot to inform them.

        Great carpet store with very friendly staff, who took us around the shop and showed us lots of different samples and even helped us colour match. They have a wide variety of rugs and mats too.
