Definitely make an appointment. Went there on Thursday, the website say they close at 7pm, we rocked up at 6.15 wanting to buy a goalkeepers smock for the youngest but the owner was just locking up and told us we needed to make an appointment. No attempt to engage or ask what we wanted, just told us to phone up next time. Terrible customer service and that's 4 hockey players buying from an online site rather than a local shop in future. A real shame.

Can only go to this shop with an appointment. No appointments for over 10 days. They lost a customer from me and our hockey team. It used to be really good,walk in get what you need, great service and equipment. Such a shame that another shop has lost sales to the Internet!
