My mum is at five rivers, and she is very, happy here she is well looked after. The staff are friendly, hardworking and always have time to talk to you. So I would recommend this residential home to people.

Dad moved into the Five Rivers Residential Home 12 weeks ago. This is never an easy decision to make & can be very challenging. The initial move was tough for us but all of the staff working at the home did everything possible to make Dad feel at home and comfortable. He has his own lovely room and bathroom thats kept beautifully clean and warm and safe for him. I found all of the care team and management work really hard and always manage to have a smile and time to talk to both residents and visitors at any time of the day or night. Alzheimers Dementia is the cruellest way to change a persons whole personality and way of life. I am grateful that we have the care that helps Dad continue to make the best of his life along with other residents suffering from from these incurable illnesses. Every day must be very challenging for the work involved keeping the residents cared for properly with the level of disability both mentally and physically having to be dealt with constantly. Five rivers residential home staff and management manage to keep the home running professionally and always manage to stay happy whilst doing so. Thank you to all!
