Never have the sizes you want takes ages to find staff and they look uninterested when you do find them like you are putting them out..a lot of room for improvement!!!

Staff were very rude a young girl came behind the lad serving us. As he asked if we needed a bag I said no we're ok thanks. She remarked no they won't want a bag there too expensive! Really bad customer service when we challenged her for what she said she told us those words did not come out my mouth. Will not be going back.

Staff looked bored and they dont have no customer service skills. The ladies wear is upstairs there were 3 staff members at the till with no customers but the changing rooms right there was closed when I asked why they said due to staff shortages! I was told to go down stairs, went down stairs and the lady asked me to go upstairs! Absolute joke! No manners and respect from the staff! Plus the changing rooms are filthy like they have never been cleaned the floor was disgusting!

Decent shoes, service was slow. Had to wait 15 minutes just to get some shoes to try on...
