I went into store today to buy a sim contract and I was very pleased with the service. I was severed by Mo who was very welcoming and knew the answers to all our questions. He explained everything included inside the contract. He also spoke in Gujarati which was an added bonus. Definitely will be revisiting the store to see Mo if I need anything else from Three

Terrible experience from the staff. We went in the store to take a wifi modem and got one. The range was so terrible in our area that we went to return the product. At the time we noticed that the whole attitude of the staff changed. They started behaving rudely and lied to our face that there was nothing to be done if we dont have a reciept, they kept on repeating it. However when we contacted the customer care we realized that the store could still manage the issue. When we asked the staff the staff the next day about it they didnt have anything to reply about the things which they said the previous day and were forced to accept our demand. Would never even dream of visiting this store again.
