I had been searching high and low for a wine crate to make a Christmas hamper. I came across this retailer finally. The owner could not have been more obliging. He moved stock around several times until I found a perfect crate which I was happy with. He was so patient and helpful. I returned for a second crate at a later date. Again so helpful. Thanks a million. 2 perfect Christmas gifts thanks to him. Highly recommended. Lovely shop, lovely owner!

Sadly, an online click & collect order that never completed due to a technical stock issue their end has been charged to my card & the promised 3 working day refund is yet to materialise some 2 weeks (and still counting) later. Great stock selection, local to me, but I don't trust their online processes anymore & I've used them in store for several purchases. May return instore.. may not!?!
