We have been looking for a specific OEM part for our Range Rover and when we stumbled upon Meduza became ecstatic as they had this part, or so we believed! The communication from Meduza is at best extremely poor or almost non existent. After five attempts we finally received a reply which was general in response and did not answer any of the questions we sought about the part. We followed up with a further request for more information but as we expected, nothing. We can only assume that albeit the part is advertised as genuine, it is in fact an after market part, which will not be compatible. If this is the attention a prospective client receives before a purchase, I would hate to see what it would be after purchasing a part if you had an issue! My comment is specifically about the lack of communication from Meduza and nothing about parts &/or installation.
