Im very pleased as I was contacted by Customer Operations and I received a refund. It was really nice surprise:) Thank you Shell:)
Im in shock, I have received a 60 parking charge notice for 28 min spent on fuelling and drinking coffee , which we bought in your shop. We came for the new car to Leicester (we live in Bury St Edmunds) so it was just a quick stop for fuelling and coffee. No one in the shop made me aware of any charges (when we were paying) if we drink coffee on the station!
