This has been the worst experience of my life by a long long way. Nina does not reply. No one replies. They have taken all our information done every check, taken a 250 retainer, to message 4 weeks into the process, unfortunately the landlord does not want to accept your offer to rent. This has no explanation have not even had a call, just a credit note for the retainer. Gob smacked, furthermore we chase them once a day, honestly never have I ever, they should be bust.
