Extremely uncivilised agency on the verge of being illegal. The house in which one of the doors was left unlocked has been rented to me. Two months later, there are no keys for the lock. Many promises have been made to call back, but no action has been taken.

Connells are great! Fantastic client care. Especially Jack and Chloe. We went with connells despite getting valuations from purple bricks, knightsbridge, W.H brown and Newton fallowell. Even though some estate agents were cheaper in terms of their fees, there was something about Jack, his enthusiasm and kindness that drew us to him and when we met Chloe she was very attentive and transparent and we negotiated a fee which was fair. We needed a quick sale because we were in a race for a property we wanted so our property went live online on 16th February 2023 and after 2 days of viewings on 17th and 18th, we got 5 offers by the 20th and by 22nd Feb we agreed an offer. Within 6 days we sold our house. My husband and I did our own viewings because we wanted to get people in ASAP and we knew the house as we renovated it and we were very passionate however we know if Jack or his team showed potential buyers around they would have been as enthusiastic as us, no doubt! Let's hope everything now goes smoothly and I know connells aftercare will be amazing.

Giving the benefit of doubt as experienced inadequate estimations before. I received an email 2 weeks later to advise valuation has been reviewed and is now on par with competitors. I have to add that the branch emailed me today. 2 weeks after evaluation and my initial review after giving them a chance to email me after 2 weeks, which is when I placed my review. In addition honouring the request to update my review. Telephone manners great and F2F rapport great but follow up service poor, if someone is away from the branch, anyone from the team, including manager could have contacted me. So clearly collaboration seems to be the root cause of failure to my service expectations
