        My wife bought 6 items and received only 3. Upon contacting rupali customer srvrs we were meet by rude and ignorant guy that goes by name vikram jit. He refused to provide us with evidence he claimed to have for the missing items. Claiming it is private. What nonsense. If you have evidence as u claim then you would provide it no matter what inorder to clear ur name. But it seems its a lie. There is no evidence and it is a tactics to rip ppl off. I contacted the bank and again i reported them to financial ombudsman. My advice is stay clear from rupali online as they are only good to rip your money off and then advise you to contact your bank and call you a scammer when they are the reall. ( scammers!)
