Excellent staff, quality equipment and ease of use. Inured the facilities as part of my accommodation unfortunately I doubt I will be able to use these facilities again. Thank you to the lady working 6am this morning

I am thinking of joining the gym again just for the pool mainly. I have looked at others but apart from the water always being a bit cold this is the best place. The staff were lovely when I was there before and it's spotlessly clean. Hoping to get in touch with them soon.

Very rude and arrogant staff at this gym. One member of staff told me I can make up the rules because I work here sometimes its about the way you enforce things and without a doubt the staff here do not know how to treat people in a respectful manner.

Appolling travelled al the way from london to hilton leicester only to tell me you need book in advance for swiming pool was empty full of bull s...t Hilton hotel standard drop to the ground beyond imagination.
