        This claims resource company have some amazing customer friendly people however one person called Sam whom is not customer focused and very rude to customers. I would not choose to use this company personally as you have to wait a week for a call back. That's a week longer than needed in my option. I would give this company a 5 but after speaking to Sam, it's a big fat zero from me.
