Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The first estate agent "S" appointed to the task of selling the property failed to respond to emails. I was then contacted by another representative "E" who informed me "S" was no longer with the company and would be happy to take on the role himself. I agreed, but informed him "S" had vanished with a full set of keys to the property. He promised me he'd chase that up and retrieve the keys for me. I didn't hear anything back for over a week, so emailed him a reminder. I still didn't hear back so contacted the company themselves. I received a seemingly very concerned reply from presumably a manager, "L" - promising me he would get to the bottom of it. After 12 days - no communication from anyone at all. We were of course disrupted by the Covid virus. But All this started before lockdown - and before news of the Virus even became public - and has continued after lockdown was eased. And I've still heard nothing about the whereabouts of "S" who vanished with the keys - leaving me the expense of having to change the locks and seek the services of another company.

My partner and I were looking to purchase our first home together. Despite us not progressing with the purchase, Sarah was fantastic up to the point that we had to pull out. Throughout the whole thing, Sarah was very informative and was truly a professional in explaining the whole process to us. We had some very tricky circumstances and Sarah was great at keeping us informed and always endeavoured to ensure we were kept in the loop. Its very rare to meet someone so passionate and we would definitely recommend seeking Sarah out if you want that personal touch!
