Butlin Property Services

Butlin Property Services run their business with a breathtaking incompetence and arrogance. I live in a luxury apartment block which promised a lot when we purchased our apartment, but the reality is very different from the sales pitch. We were promised 24 hour security, but this hasnt occurred and thefts are rife We have a broken window which has not been repaired for over a year. Lights in communal areas have not worked for ages. Hot water supply is temperamental. Nothing gets done unless we complain directly to the Landlord. I would advise anyone considering moving to an apartment run by BPS to go elsewhere for peace of mind.

Amazing people at Butlins. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very swift at replying to any problems that you may have, and the response with addressing the problems are second to non. Well done Butlins especially Rebecca Anderson, you are just the best

Rebecca is incredibly unprofessional, the way she communicates with you is as if she doesn't want you to rent from them, even the email exchange for a simple viewing was terrible it was like an arrogant teacher speaking down to you.

The girls over at Butlin made my first renting experience incredibly easy and hassle-free. They were always very understanding of my (sometimes silly) questions and responded to any queries promptly and helpfully. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to find a new place to call home :)

I rented using Butlin for 2 years and they were very professional and always quick to reply to any queries I had. The property was good quality, no issues. Would highly recommend.
