Popped into goldsmiths Leicester for a new bracelet for my Rolex - sourced in 2 weeks when other stores could not get one. nice collection process and treated very well by the store manager. Would defo recommend a visit. I will certainly be returning. I also dealt with Amena who was extremely pleasant and accommodating while placing the order.

I went into Goldsmiths today looking for a potential purchase as an anniversary present for myself. I walked and and was totally ignored. The sales assistant wouldn't make eye contact with me even though she was happy greeting and offering help to others who walked-in after me....... Of a different profile let's say. She even glanced at me then walked away! Yes I was casually dressed but I guess she didn't spot the Speedmaster on my wrist. This reminded me why I've not shopped at Goldsmiths for 20 odd years.... Guys this is 2023... Sort yourselves out!

Went in to spend some money, they didn't have what I wanted, the "list is closed" bull, but weren't interested in showing me the alternatives, in fact, they were completely disinterested. I concluded they didn't want to sell to me. I'm just glad they've given me the opportunity to spend my money elsewhere. AVOID GOLDSMITHS.
