I only put in 50 and this is what they said at the counter but they have changed me 66.50. I called them and they said they would
call back and put the phone down, now they will not answer the phone. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from BP garage.

I did fill up and went to pay and I didn't k ew that the old 50 note are no longer legal, so I was just trying to explain the staff I did had money and have to for some of my own to come and help or transfer but the staff was very ruse he started shouting at me , I also said to calm down but he didn't listen and talking loud again, and said I don't want to listen to anything that you have to explain ( this is not the nice way of treating customers) he must me shouting at his wife at home but atleast behave professionally at work and have kind customer service. I asked for manager and he angrily asked why . It was nothing like I was not going to pay... bur the customer service like this talking to customer loud rude and angry is not right
