        One of the most terrible and awful customer service we have ever experienced. Long beard person was very rude to us not only he told us off for taking too much time but also threw all chosen clothes away and was kind of threatening to put them back on shelf. We ended buying some clothes due to felt very pressured from the staff. I honestly feel like reporting to trading standards as there was no need of such behaviour. We did not take much of the time; We understand that it was busy time in the shop due to festival of Eid but there were enough staff to accommodate all customers. Overall it was very bad and unforgettable experience.

        We've always had good customer service with Yunis. We've bought beautiful suits and had great experience with getting them sewed by his tailor. Always a shop to go to when we need our Indian outfits.
