AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - COMPLAINT HAS ALSO BEEN SENT TO MOSS BROS AND I AM YET TO HEAR A RESPONSE SO I HAVE NOW EMAILED THE CEO! We arrived at the Leicester store at 14:22 and left at 15:43 on Sunday, April 23, 2023. I am disappointed in our experience and customer service. We walked into the store and asked an Indian man for advice on what groomsmen should wear for their wedding. We then asked what kind of greys they had, and he simply pointed to the suits and said they were on the rails. He was helpful in the sense that he would hand us suits, but when we asked for advice, it seemed as if he wasn't really interested and just wanted us out of the way. I'm not sure how Moss Bros works, but when we've been to other suit shops, my other half has been measured rather than simply handed suit sizes. To be completely honest, the impression i got from this man was that we were just wasting their time and trying on and will not pay. It's not a good feeling, especially since Moss Bros is supposed to have a good reputation. We paid over 500 for a suit, including the shirt, waistcoat, and so on, and we should not have been treated as if we were time wasters. When I approached the tills, I mentioned that we had received a 10% discount because my father had been in there the day before and had received an email. (Screen shot attached) After showing them this, the Indian man then called kieran (I think) down to the tills and he was quick to point out that this is only an online offer, despite the fact that the email my father received did not state this. -- The email states to enter your name and come to Moss. Now, to me, that sounds like you can turn up at the store and redeem the 10%

Arrogant store manager with limited customer service experience / skills. I purchased 5 suits from Moss Bross on 10/12/2022, spending 1,500. After wearing one pair of trousers for the first time on 14/01/2023, I noticed that the inner leg seam was not sewn. It was, in fact, held together with safety pins. I took the trousers into Moss Bros Leicester who refused to replace the trousers stating that they were out of the 28 day returns period (which, as stated on the Moss Bros website, does not apply to defective items). The store manager, Anil, was arrogant, unhelpful and showed no interest in finding a customer focussed solution. I ended up purchasing another pair of the trousers and was told I should either go to their Birmingham store or contact their online customer service, despite having purchased the original suits in store. This negative review is not because the problem arose in the first instance, but how it was dealt with by the unhelpful store manager at Leicester.
