Id like to personally highlight a supposed senior member of staff Gary that will prioritise personal friendships rather than following protocol for renting a property Also it is to be brought to everyones attention that wishes to engage with this letting agency that they will make up false narratives about the property no longer being available based on your name and look which may not be deemed appropriate for you to rent a property from them Id highly advise to read the other reviews which echo a similar sentiment and avoid this company at all cost to void any further disappointment and overall implied notion of the agency not following an equality protocol either

Good agency but most of the time they cancel viewing

Very unprofessional. Chose wrong tenants who ruined our property. Left holes in our ceiling and took no responsibility for it. Had to change our agent. Let down by them. Stay away
