This is the first google review I have ever posted, but I felt the need as we received great service from Fred from the moment we entered their showroom, and we were surprised at how much stock of the Burlington bathroom suites we were able to view as it looks a little niche. Fred was very knowledgeable and followed up with our requirements in good time. Jo was also very helpful with the administration and kept us up to date with the supply and invoicing. The delivery driver was very patient and accommodated our requirements so we cannot fault the whole experience, the product looks fantastic and we cannot wait for it to be fitted! We have recently had a new bathroom designed and installed by Oaklands (Leicester) ltd of Blaby, we have been impressed by the build quality. All trades involved with the build were polite, hard working and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to complete a similar project. Im hardly surprised that genuine reviewers say that the owner is rude. His father and mother were as well. Obviously its a genetic as well as a business issue. My mother in law also had an horrendous experience using this company, and I would recommend steering well clear.
