Utterly beyond belief incompetent!! Like all these companies they make you do all the work - directing you on line only for the system to crash. So bad they had me deactivate my account and ask me to set it up all again. When you call, you reach robots where even when one speaks with the clarity of our beloved past Queen , the ludicrous software insists on re quoting the wrong registration number Ad infinitum!!! I bet if I missed a DD theyd be unbelievably efficient . Ill quit now so I can call the Samaritans !

We have used Paul and his team's services over a number of years. They have helped us remortgage, move house and also helped my mother-in-law, who wasn't confident about buying her first home so late in life. They took their time to explain things each step of the way, no question was a daft one and their response and follow ups are always quick. They are a family owned and run business and that's their core; family values. Great business, very trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

Took out finance with evan halshaw for a car. Got told I can pay off early without fees and without paying the monthly interest I rang to settle 2 years after getting out the 5 year lease to be told I had been paying interest and a small portion of my car and still basically had all my car to pay for as I was paying the interest for 2 years! The attitude on the phone are atrocious and they are very hard to get hold of, wanting you to do everything from an online account. I would avoid these if I could. Would never use again!!
