Worst Receptionist. Need to fired the super rude and aggressive receptionist. Although Dr Pandya is very good. It's just one of the receptionist make the whole surgery looks bad. Hope they change the receptionist.

Worst service at this surgery. Receptionists are very rude and do not know how to talk. Receptionists are very arrogant and do not help at all. The cost for diabetic reports is very expensive- they charged me 200, compared to others who charge 35. The practice manager also told me if I'm not happy, I can just change surgery- very poor service.

Thank you to the staff always helpful when I phone ,especially today Mamta got my problem sorted straight away and of course Dr pandya for always being helpful when I need advice with my health.

Im really not happy I would never leave a bad review, however I just cant help but feel disappointed Ive been asking for a call back, appt for a few days. The communication by the receptionists is concerning. Id like to say the front receptionists are extremely unprofessional, unqualified, rude, lazy, unknowledgeable & not able to carry out basic tasks. They constantly break data protection, favourite & dismiss preferred patients. They discuss & sarcastically talk bad about venerable patients at the surgery or once theyve left. Ive been at this surgery from birth & the front house staff need to do better. The right training on how to attend to people, the level of rudeness and acknowledgement and dismissive behaviour from them should not be aloud. Very rude. You should Hire people who can greet both patients over phone &person without simply being rude. Or carry out NHS tasks to a certain standard. Ever since Ive been a patient here not once have I been spoken to by the receptionist in a manner thats civil. Im a optometrist & dont appreciate having the phone cut on me. I would never speak to any patients in the manner Ive been spoken to numerous times by youre receptionist team. Ive never had any problems with doctors at this surgery however please have a look into better receptionists at this surgery. Or provide appropriate training. Surely all our reviews cant be dismissed.
