        Really disappointed. My father is 85 years old. Virgin cancelled the return leg in May. Asked for refund and they couldnt tell me anything and i had to get in touch with Virgin who told me how to claim the refund and they are offering full amount to their direct customers. 9 months later they have offered me 22 which is a total joke. Plan to get in touch with Rip Off Britain and Travel agent body. Shocking ...considering my father has used them every year for last 15 years. This is NOT the end
