Such a great shop to have found. It has really unique, one-off pieces and we found a lovely unit of furniture to complete our lounge. The ladies were very helpful and even helped carry it to the car. Definitely go and have a look!

The owners of this shop are dishonest, deceitful and unprofessional. After responding to an advertisement on Facebook, I went to the shop for 10am on Saturday to have a look, as advertised and discussed with the shop owner. The shop was opened 20 minutes or so late. No apology was offered. My partner attended the following Thursday and the shop didn't open at all, and he waited for 40 minute after the advertised opening time. Finally we were both able to visit the shop and put down a deposit, and agreed with the shop owner a collection date and for the final payment to be made. I have this in writing. After that, the covid-19 outbreak occurred which obviously complicated matters. The week leading up to collection, the shop owner contacted me to say the remaining balance would need to be made in cash despite agreeing to take payment via credit card at the time we paid the deposit (my partner was out of work due to the pandemic so 500 was not going to easy to come by). I said that would not be possible for the reasons we had discussed. The shop owner then offered a bank transfer but this would have to be 3 working days before collection which was ridiculous - what if we got to the shop to collect and no one was there or the sofa was not in the same condition as when we paid the deposit. I told the shop owner that this was unacceptable and not what we had both agreed to. At which point, the shop owner told me that they would not be proceeding with the sale. In hindsight, on the day we paid the deposit, the shop owners were uncertain whether or not they wanted to sell the sofa as one of them wanted it for themselves. I suspect the covid-19 crisis afforded them the opportunity to be deliberately difficult in the hope that I would back out and they could keep the sofa. When I didn't back out, they broke our agreement and our contract with no apology. If I broke our agreement, I feel sure they would have kept the deposit. But when they did it, I was offered no form of compensation, not even an apology. I would recommend avoiding at all costs.
