Been with the company for 6 years. Started out with no experience in care at all and have had plenty of training and support to progress within the company. Very supportive and understanding management and never expects anything of anybody that they wouldn't do for themselves. The carers within the company are absolutely brilliant and an absolute pleasure to work alongside. Hands down the best team of people I have had the pleasure of working with

Absolutely terrible company to work for. 0 hour contract and when they don't like you that's exactly what you get 0 hours! The only positive comments on here are from staff in the office! They are happy to send you into clients with sickness and diahorrea. Leave moldy food in people's fridges. Damage clients then leave it. Senior staff seem to think they are untouchable. AVOID!

Care company are brilliant look after my grandpa with Dementia, Carers actually care about their clients and they have good continuity if carers. Office staff are very polite and always willing to help
