Absolutely disgusting company to deal, especially Nick who just lies to try and stop things progressing. Tress are blocking the signal to my satellite dish and he said they cannot do anything as there is a Tress Protection Order in place even though the Prev managing agents trimmed the trees a number of times and I explained this to him. When asked where can I find this information out for myself a few weeks down the line he told there was no Tree Protection Order in place, dont know why he did not check this before saying what he said. Then a few weeks down the line he came out to the property with his colleague and a tree surgeon who said yes the roots are from the tree but they dont want to do anything about due to cost even though I pay a yearly service charge and they are not my trees. When I asked what is happening about the tree a few weeks down the line I was then told by Nick again that Peter said the roots are from the rose bush in my garden which was a lie again. So I invited them back to my property to show them where the roots are coming from and then he remembered the conversation and apologised the misunderstanding (lying) So a tree that is not my responsibility is blocking my sky signal and know they want me to pay around 750 to have it taken down when they have never been maintained since we have been living here. Absolutely a joke of a person who tries to lie to stop things progressing (I have e-mails to prove as I know refuse to speak to Nick over the phone) Be careful when using never had this kind of trouble with the Prev managing agents. Looks like we are going down the legal route now

Butlin Property Services run their business with a breathtaking incompetence and arrogance. I live in a luxury apartment block which promised a lot when we purchased our apartment, but the reality is very different from the sales pitch. We were promised 24 hour security, but this hasnt occurred and thefts are rife We have a broken window which has not been repaired for over a year. Lights in communal areas have not worked for ages. Hot water supply is temperamental. Nothing gets done unless we complain directly to the Landlord. I would advise anyone considering moving to an apartment run by BPS to go elsewhere for peace of mind.

Rebecca is incredibly unprofessional, the way she communicates with you is as if she doesn't want you to rent from them, even the email exchange for a simple viewing was terrible it was like an arrogant teacher speaking down to you.
