        My parents are both in their 80s and have spent thousands in oak furniture land in the last few months. They went back in last week to purchase a small coffee table and were told 10 for delivery, youd think for 250 it would be free, but yeah ok. But then...... thats only to the doorstep, its an extra 19 to take it through the door . Absolute disgrace, ripping off old people especially when they just spent 1000s would definitely think twice before shopping their..

        Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered Sofas back in April (It's December now), the initial delivery had a broken Sofa. This was then replaced with a Sofa that did not match the colour of the other original Sofa and after 8 months of back and forth, 3 cancelled deliveries and spending literally hours on the phone to customer services, we decided we had enough and cancelled the order. Avoid Oak Furnitureland at all costs.
