Worked for tailor-made healthcare from about 2015 until till last year, when I moved back to the Southwest and then unfortunately had to leave. Its a great place to work the management, always friendly and accommodating if any issues were to arise and would be happy to move things around so that things could suit your work life balance. Lovely clients and part of a great support team to give them the best service. Havent been able to find anything like them in the Southwest but If I returned to the East Midlands I would be straight back to them.

I currently work for Tailormade healthcare limited as a support worker, I absolutely love my job, I couldnt ask for a better boss, he has always been there as and when Ive needed him. All training given and paid for, wages are great and am always paid on time.. Im hoping to be a part of this company for a long time x

Great services and excellent staff. Definitely better pay than anywhere else. Flexible working hours and friendly working environments. Owner is an honest, humble and kind hearted man. Who always put his staff first and help them in any circumstances. They provide exceptionaly professional healthcare and provide clients best services.

Worked for them for many years , always had chance to meet great staff and lovely clients . The owner of Tailor-made, he's a great and kind man , but overwhelmed with he's responsibilities. He was always there for he's staff and always paid well . Unfortunately I had to leave due to my heath issue . Thank you Tailor-made for having me on board when I need it . Keep it up .
