Thank you for broadly attempting to answer my review. It is funny how you now say the boiler was fit by "someone else" where as previously you called then "unqualified labourers". The new boiler was a part of an extension which was in a small wing of my house. The house build quality is phenomenal and the craftsmen exhibited skills I have not seen in any modern build. Also you also refused to come to my house to service existing boilers too. Can you confirm how you accused the previous workers for being unqualified? I have proof in anycase.

I highly recommend HeatSpec and specifically Glen. Our Viessmann boiler recently stopped working. As the boiler was over 15 years old I requested Glen replace it even though he offered to investigate a repair. 5 days from start to finish Glen supplied and installed a new Viessmann boiler. We could not have wished for a more knowledgable, competent and nice person to undertake the work. Service: Heating system installation

Heat spec have been wonderful to deal with from initial consultation, design through to installation. Glen and his team installed a new Viessmann Gas System for us. Even from the first month our fuel consumption has dropped significantly. Our whole property feels so comfortable now. Id highly recommend to anyone! Look forward to seeing you next year for our annual service.
