I have been unable to contact this company regarding a faulty duvet purchased. They appear to no longer exist yet their so called website suggests otherwise !!

Duvet did not meet our satisfaction, we tried to contact them by email & phone to return as stated in the 30 day duvet trial we can return it for full refund, no answer by phone and not responding to email , Dont bother to order off these as customer service is shocking and their duvet 30 day trial means nothing!!! Started a complaint as paid through PayPal.

Purchased a Bedding set from this company a couple of weeks ago. The quality easily matched a more expensive brand that I have used before saving me almost 50% and the service was excellent.
