        I've rented through Arch Living since 2016. The rent was reasonable and they are professional and have always replied to any queries and repairs requests quickly. I've moved out recently and they processed the return of the deposit within days.

        This was the worst year of my life... I will never be renting from Arch EVER AGIAN. They have the worst customer service ever. They ignore emails and text messages and never get back to you. They BLATANTLY LIE about repairs which will never get done. Very shady company. The owner is condescending and has a God complex and provides the worst service.

        This company is quite literally evil. Their houses are not up to living standards and they blackmail students and come into the house unannounced at ALL hours of the day (and night ) My toilet has been leaking all over my bedroom floor for weeks. I have MOULD AND FUNGUS growing off my bed. Despite multiple times of attempting to contact them they have ignored me everytime. I have had many many more issues with them but overall they are an unprofessional company that I wouldn't want my worst enemy to ever have to displeasure of renting from.
