Told me that you can't make an appointment face to face, have to make it via phone call. Called them multiple times and got no answer.

Where to start, from the receptionist or from so called doctors. Unfortunately, reluctantly I had to make appointment to get some sort of help with my ongoing cough, I had this undiagnosed for almost 3 weeks, was making my life unbearable. Miraculously couple days later and after some many attempts, I got through the receptionist, made late evening appointment, HOORAY . the guy I saw, was calling himself a Doctor, which I later found out he was clinician, very rude and unprofessional, 5 minutes I was out of the door without the care in the world. outrageous service. one star is too many.

The worst surgery ever called since 7 55am even though they open 8am had to call over 100 times when I got through reception saying no appointments saying they are 8000 patients and its booked so rude I told her the situation how urgent it was didn't care shocking at there horrendous service she didn't once care.worst I ever seen.

Appalling it's not only difficult to get through on the phones as always busy, when you do get through the receptionist has told me Doctor won't see me for an ongoing medical issue. Some of these people really need to take a very long look at themselves putting people at risk. It would be easier to die

They don't even deserve a star as at so many occasions I called at this surgery constantly for 45 minutes or more but no answer and at the and there is no appointment available
